1. GENERAL

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases and interactions with Koru Collection.

Koru Collection reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. PRODUCTS

Koru Collection offers Māori-inspired boots made with:

• Cow suede
  
• Fox sheepskin lining
  

All products are designed with cultural inspiration, care, and intention. Variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to the natural materials used.

3. ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Initial Launch (Pre-Orders):

• All first launch purchases are pre-orders.
  
• Estimated delivery timeframe is 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
  
• By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept this wait time.
  

Post-Launch Orders:

• After the pre-order phase, products will be sold as in-stock items.
  
• Orders will be processed and shipped within standard handling times.
  

Koru Collection is not responsible for delays outside of our control (including courier delays or supply chain disruptions).

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Koru Collection reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

5. SHIPPING

• We ship New Zealand and Australia wide.
  
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Koru Collection is not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
  
• Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
  

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of pre-orders and hygiene standards:

• No refunds for change of mind
  
• Exchanges may be considered for faulty items only
  

To request a return or exchange, please contact:

Items must be:

• Unworn
  
• In original condition
  
• Returned with original packaging
  

7. FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with:

• Clear photos of the issue
  

We will assess the item and provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where required under New Zealand consumer law.
