Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location within New Zealand, Australia, or internationally, however we always aim to have your order delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Please note our first release is available on a pre order basis. Each pair is made specifically to your selected size and order, meaning production timeframes may vary. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase, and we appreciate your patience while your piece is being created.
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as Koru Collection is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we encourage you to contact the courier directly using your tracking details, or reach out to us for support.
Due to the nature of pre orders and made to order sizing, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. All orders are produced specifically based on the customer’s request, and we do not hold extra stock for replacements. We strongly encourage you to check sizing carefully before placing your order.
We take great care in the quality and presentation of our products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and details so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution promptly.
