Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location within New Zealand, Australia, or internationally, however we always aim to have your order delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as Koru Collection is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we encourage you to contact the courier directly using your tracking details, or reach out to us for support.

We take great care in the quality and presentation of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging. Return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
